What is our security deposit policy?
We take a security deposit to cover any potential damages that can occur during your stay. The deposit is refundable providing no damages have been made to the apartment. The security deposit is up to our discretion. The standard is £50 per person, minimum £100. Depending on the apartment booked and if it is a last minute booking we are able to raise the amount. If the number of guests staying decreases we will still need to take a deposit for the number of guests you booked for.
When will my security deposit be returned?
Please note the following circumstances below of when your deposit will be returned to you.
– If you paid cash, then your deposit will be returned on the day of checkout.
– If you paid via card pre-authorisation it’ll take 7-10 days to clear from your pending transactions and back into your balance. If using International banks along with online only banks such as Monzo, the money holds for up to 30 working days before clearing from your pending transactions.
-If you paid via bank transfer (exceptional circumstances), the deposit will be returned within 48h of checkout (please supply your bank details) subject to all being well.
Does our booking include parking?
Free parking is included with bookings at Queen Avenue Apartments, New Oxford House, Kent Street Apartments and Henry Street Apartments. Details for each location will be available with your check in details once the security deposits have been paid. For our other locations we are happy to give you best solution for parking.
Can I add guests onto the booking?
Yes, you are able to add additional guests to your booking provided the apartment maximum occupancy isn’t already reached, the fee is £25 per guest per night. Plus the additional security deposit amount.
Is there anywhere that we can leave our luggage?
Yes are more than welcome to drop your bags off at our office which has luggage storing facilities for £5 per bag at Boutique 56, 56-58 Stanley Street, L1 6AU.

What is normal check-in and check-out times?
Our standard check-in time is 3pm and our standard check-out time which we require you to have left the apartment by is 11am.
Do we offer early and late check out options?
We do offer these options but they are subject to availability. We would know if this possible closer to your check-in date. Our early check-in prices are £20 per hour and late check-out is also £20 per hour.
When will we receive our self check-in information?
You will receive this on your day of arrival. We can’t send this until you have paid your security deposit.
How will we receive our self-check in information?
Your self-check in details will be sent via WhatsApp or text. If you don’t have WhatsApp, please do not worry because we can send via the booking platform you booked on.
Do we have to check-in at 3pm or can it be later?
After 3pm you can check in at your convenience as long as the security deposit has been paid.
